Da ich ab 5. Mai für ca. sechs Wochen beruflich außer Landes bin, vermiete ich meine vollmöblierte Altbauwohnung - ausgenommen mein Schlafzimmer - für diesen Zeitraum. Effektiv stehen damit ein Schlafzimmer (inkl. 120cm Bett), Wohnzimmer, großes Vorzimmer, Küche, Bad und WC (getrennt), sowie ein kleiner Balkon auf ca. 70m² zur Verfügung.
Ein- und Auszugsdaten sind flexibel, muss also nicht genau den ganzen September sein. Ein Klavier ist auch vorhanden, Musiker dürfen dieses gerne auch verwenden.
Außerdem würde ich um das Gießen meiner Pflanzen bitten :)
As I will be out of town for work from 5 May for about six weeks, I am subletting my fully furnished flat - except for my bedroom, which will remain empty - for that month. Effectively, there will be a bedroom (with a 120cm bed), living room, spatious hall, kitchen, bathroom, WC (separate) and a little balcony on about 70m².
Dates are flexible, so we can find a solution if you need to stay longer. There is also a piano that can be used by musicians.
Furthermore, I'd ask you to keep my plants alive :)
Die Wohnung liegt im Stuwerviertel im 2. Bezirk, gleich ums Eck vom Vorgartenmarkt. 3 Minuten zur U1 Vorgartenstraße, ca. 7-8 Minuten zum Praterstern. Mehrere Supermärkte, nette Lokale etc. in der Gegend. 10 Minuten zu Fuß auf die Donauinsel, sowie zum Prater. Ideal zum Radfahren! :)
The flat is located in Stuwerviertel in the second district, around the corner from Vorgartenmarkt. 3 minutes by foot to U1 Vorgartenstraße, about 7-8 minutes to Praterstern. Several supermarkets, nice bars/restaurants etc. in the quarter. 10 minutes by foot to Donauinsel, as well as to Prater. Ideal for biking! :)
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es muss also nichts mitgebracht werden.
Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist ein Schlafsofa.
Die angegebene Miete ist pro Monat, d.h. für die Hälfte des Juni ist selbstverständlich auch nur anteilig zu bezahlen.
Vernunftbegabung und Hausverstand im Umgang mit allen Einrichtungsgegenständen wäre ein Hit!
The flat is fully furnished and equipped, you don't need to bring anything.
The couch in the living room can be turned into a bed.
The advertised rent is per month, so for half of June you of course only have to pay half of that.
Being reasonable and treating everything with care would be amazing!
