Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.
We do not provide bed sheets, duvet, pillows, towels, hangers and Personal items.

We offer a spacious, modern, bright flat in a safe neighborhood with a very independent way of WG as tenants come and go.
We have 4 bedrooms, renting only 3 at a time. Living + dining room, WC, Bathroom, kitchen.

The extras of internet, electricity, heating and water consumption are included in the monthly rent.
An extra 15€ will be charged once a month to be paid directly to the cleaner.
We ask for 100 € deposit fee for the keys that has to be paid when you move in and immediately returned when you move out
