Wir suchen verantwortungsbewusste Zwischenmieter (1-2 Personen), die einen Monat lang von unserer gemütlichen Altbauwohnung aus Wien erkunden möchten. Die Wohnung ist ab Februar 2024 für ca. einen Monat vollmöbliert - genau wie auf den Fotos - zur Untermiete frei. Den genauen Zeitraum legen wir gerne gemeinsam mit dem/der zukünftige/n Untermieter/in fest.
Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im 3.OG mit Aufzug. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche, Badezimmer, Wohn- bzw. Esszimmer sowie einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer. Alle Utensilien und Möbel können gerne genutzt werden - wir wünschen uns natürlich einen sorgfältigen Umgang damit.

We are looking for responsible temporary tenants (1-2 people) who would like to spend a month exploring Vienna from our cozy apartment in an old building. The apartment is available for subletting from February 2024 for approx. one month fully furnished - exactly as in the photos. We will be happy to determine the exact period together with the future subtenant(s).
It is a 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living/dining room and a cozy bedroom. All utensils and furniture are welcome to be used - of course, we would like them to be handled with care.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, nahe Rennweg. Dort hat man Anschluss an die Straßenbahnlinie 71, welche einen in 10 Minuten zur Oper und in ca. 20 Minuten zum Rathaus bringt. Außerdem bietet die S-Bahnstation Rennweg gute Anschlussmöglichkeiten zum Hauptbahnhof, Flughafen und Umstieg in U3 und U4.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es fußläufig in 5 Minuten. Dort findet man z.B. einen Billa, Eurospar, Lidl, Bipa, DM, Bäckereien sowie eine Apotheke. Die Landstraßer Hauptstraße mit Kleidungsgeschäften, Juwelieren, etc. ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten mit der Straßenbahn 0 oder der S-Bahn zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in Vienna's 3rd district, directly on Rennweg. There you have a connection to the Tram line 71, which takes you to the opera in 10 minutes and to the city hall in about 20 minutes. The Rennweg S-Bahn station also offers good connections to the main railway station, airport and changes to the U3 and U4 underground lines.
There are also shopping facilities within a 5-minute walk. There you will find, for example, a Billa, Eurospar, Lidl, Bipa, DM, bakeries and a pharmacy. The Landstraßer Hauptstraße with clothing stores, jewelers, etc. can also be reached in a few minutes by Tram 0 or the S-Bahn.
Wir sind ein Nichtraucher-Haushalt, haben keine Haustiere und sind selbst sehr ordentliche Menschen. Gerne würde wir eine Person beherbergen, die ähnliche Werte hat und respektvoll mit unserem Zuhause sowie unserem Hab und Gut umgeht.
