Vom 12. März bis zum 25. April 2024 arbeite ich im Ausland und würde für diesen Zeitraum gerne meine Wohnung untervermieten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock ohne Lift, sie ist hell, sehr ruhig und mit allen Standards (abgesehen von einer Spülmaschine) ausgestattet.
Die U3 ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso wie ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und eine Apotheke.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbeliert und es gibt Pflanzen, die gegossen werden wollen. Ich freue mich, wenn sich jemand findet, der sorgsam mit der Wohnung und ihrem Inhalt umgeht und im besten Fall auch Freude daran hat sich um die Pflanzen zu kümmern.
Bei Interesse einfach bei mir melden und wir machen uns einen Termin für eine Besichtigung und ein Kennenlernen aus.

From March 12 to April 25, 2024, I will be working abroad and would like to sublet my apartment for this period.
The flat is on the 5th floor without a lift, it is bright, very quiet and equipped with all standards (apart from a dishwasher).
The U3 is nearby, as well as a small supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacy.
The apartment is fully furnished and there are plants that would like to be watered. I will be happy if someone can be found who is careful with the apartment and its interior and in the best case also enjoys taking care of the plants.
