Ich habe meine Wohnung gekündigt und ich darf neue Mieter empfehlen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig(Blick ins Innenhof) Garten kann benutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort frei ich kann jederzeit ausziehen, bin aber flexibel.
Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral jedoch ruhig.
Wien Mitte und Rochusgasse 5 min zu Fuß.
Ich würde eine Ablöse verlangen, weil ich die Möbeln nicht benötige.
Ich habe vor 1 Jahr alles neu gekauft (Rechnungen vorhanden)
