Die geräumige Küche mit kleiner Speisekammer befindet sich in Hoflage, ausgestattet mit neuen Geräten. Bad mit Duschwanne, getrenntes WC und großzügiger Abstellraum. Ich selbst habe erst 3 Jahre in einer WG hier gewohnt, anschließend ist mein Freund zu mir gezogen und wir haben die Zimmer als geöffneten Wohn- und Schlafraum aufgeteilt.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof/Südtiroler Platz (U1) entfernt. Zudem liegen die 18er Straßenbahn, sowie die Linie 13A direkt ums Eck.
Ein paar Häuserblocks entfernt liegt der wunderschöne Alois-Drasche-Park mit Tischtennisplatten und Sportgeräten. Die Stimmung hier ist besonders an Frühlingstagen und lauen Sommerabenden besonders schön. Wir haben hier her oft unser Frühstück mitgenommen und die Sonne genossen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Liftstock. Der Hauswart ist zudem super, sehr hilfsbereit und lieb!
Im Hausflur befindet sich ein kleiner hofseitiger Balkon, auf dem geraucht werden kann.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Esstisch und zwei Sesseln.

With two bright rooms this wonderful flat is looking for someone to move in. Located in the fourth district about 5 Minutes from Hauptbahnhof and about 10 Min. from Karlsplatz you can not only be superfast in the city centre but at same time you can escape the city life with ease. Public transportation couldn’t be better: 13A Bustop is just around the corner and it takes you 3 Minutes to get to the U1 Südtirolerplatz.
A few blocks away is one of the most beautiful parks in Vienna: The Alois-Drasche Park. This park is the perfect substitute for the non existing balcony. We often cooked breakfast/dinner/lunch at home, took it there and had it in the park. There is also a Calisthenics park in there (which is pretty cool) and there are ping pong tables where you always find someone who wants to play with you if you are up for that.
With three south facing windows this flat is flooded with brightness. The kitchen is equipped with a table and two chairs. You’ve got the possibility of taking our Ikea Pax wardrobe for a fair price. You can but you don’t have to.
