The apartment is perfectly located near public transport stations, a park, and grocery shops.
Able to reach the city center within 15 minutes either by underground U4 or bus 59A.

Grocery stores like BILLA or HOFER are within a 5 min walk, and pharmacies or drug stores are reachable within 10 min.

My ideal person to trust my apartment to is someone either coming to Vienna for work-related reasons or studying abroad.
It is not a place to throw parties at but rather should be your place to unwind and explore Vienna from.
Smoking is not permitted as there are smoke detectors inside the apartment, but using the balcony is an option.

A bit about myself:

I'm Alex, 28, currently working in Sales at a Tech Scale Up. I spent a lot of time abroad during the last few years, living in shared flats all of the time and renting out my room plenty of times to incoming exchange students, so I'm quite seasoned in that regard. I'm an avid gamer and football player, I enjoy dancing at techno parties until 6 am as much as staying in for the weekend.
