Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Boxspringbett und direkten Zugang zum Badezimmer. ein kleiner Balkon ist ebenfalls direkt vom Schlafzimmer erreichbar. das Badezimmer ist mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Die Küche beinhaltet alle wichtigen Küchengeräte.
The apartment is fully furnished, beautifully and lovingly decorated.
It consists of a spacious entrance hall, a huge living room (30sqm) with a large dining table for at least 6 people. The bedroom has a large box spring bed and direct access to the bathroom. a small balcony is also directly accessible from the bedroom. the bathroom is equipped with bathtub. The kitchen includes all major kitchen appliances.
Die Lage ist ideal, nur 10 min zu Fuß zum Karlsplatz.
Der Margaretenplatz ist um die Ecke. Der 13A und der 59A Bus fährt vor der Tür und bring einen sowohl zur U-Bahn Station Pilgramgasse, als auch direkt in den 6.7. und 8. Bezirk. U-Bahnstation Kettenbrückengasse und U1- Taubstummengasse sind innerhalb von maximal 10 min zu fuß erreichbar. Straßenbahnlinien 1, 62 und die Banner Bahn sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Da ich im März im Ausland bin, vermiete ich die Wohnung sehr günstig zur Zwischenmiete.
