Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock gelegen zum Nordosten raus in einen Innenhof gelegen und damit angenehm ruhig und hell und nicht zu heiß. Alles ist vollständig eingerichtet und bietet einen komfortablen Rückzugsort während der Sommertage im schönen Wien.

I rent a great 2-room apartment in an old building for in between the years.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor to the northeast out into a courtyard and thus pleasantly quiet and bright and not too hot. Everything is fully furnished and offers a comfortable retreat during the summer days in beautiful Vienna.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Bezirk an der Grenze zum 4. und damit im Herzen von Wien.
Verkehrstechnisch ist die Anbindung unschlagbar, die Bahnlinien 1, 62,18 sind fußläufig erreichbar so wie die Stationen Hauptbahnhof und Matzleinsdorfer Platz. Ebenso sind die Supermärkte Billa, Hofer, DM und Spar fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt ein Theater, diverse Ärzte, Cafés und Bars in der Nähe, ansonsten ist der Opernplatz in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Zur Naherholung laden der Aloïs-Drasche-Park und der Waldmüllerpark um's Eck ein.

In terms of transport, the connection is unbeatable, the railroad lines 1, 62, 18 are within walking distance as well as the stations Hauptbahnhof and Matzleinsdorfer Platz. Likewise, the supermarkets Billa, Hofer, DM and Spar are within walking distance. There is a theater, various doctors, cafes and bars nearby, otherwise the Opernplatz can be reached in 15 minutes. For local recreation, the Aloïs Drasche Park and the Waldmüller Park around the corner invite you.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, also inklusive WLAN, Waschmaschine, Backrohr und Geschirr. Dazu gibt es noch ein E-Piano und ein Fahrrad, die bei Interesse verwendet werden können. Des Weiteren stehen Schläger für Federball, Tischtennis sowie Beachbach zur Verfügung und ein Schreibtisch.

The apartment is fully furnished, so including wifi, washing machine, an oven and maybe a dishwasher. In addition, there is an electric piano and a bicycle, which can be used if interested. Furthermore, rackets for badminton, table tennis and beach creek are available and a desk.
