Sie liegt absolut perfekt am schönen Siebensternplatz (direkte Anbindung überall hin, 3 U-Bahn-Linien, diverse Trams, Busse..). Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und vollständig eingerichtet. 55" Fernseher, große Couch, 1.80m Bett mit teurer Matratze, guter Arbeitsplatz mit höhenvariablem Tisch, schnelles Internet, Küche mit großer Arbeitsplatte, neues Bad, Waschmaschine etc. In der Wohnung ist es schön ruhig, Lift vorhanden, wunderschöner Zugang uvam. In direkter Umgebung liegen eine Vielzahl schöne Cafés und Restaurants. Das Volkstheater, Museumsquartier, Mariahilfer Straße, Heldenplatz etc. sind um die Ecke. Ich wohne hier seit 3 Jahre und bin absolut happy. Die Miete entspricht dem, was ich tatsächlich zahle und ist durchschnitt für die Gegend. Haustiere sind nicht möglich. Hi! Since I will be abroad for a few months due to work, I am looking for subtenants for my great apartment in the 7th district. It is perfectly located at the beautiful Siebensternplatz (direct connection to everywhere, 3 subway lines, lots of trams, busses..). The apartment is in excellent condition and fully furnished. It includes a 55" TV, large couch, 1.80m bed with a high-quality mattress, a good workspace with an adjustable desk, fast internet, kitchen with a spacious countertop, new bathroom, washing machine, and more. The apartment is quiet, has an elevator, and a beautiful entrance, among other features. There are many charming cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The Volkstheater, Museumsquartier, Mariahilfer Straße, Heldenplatz, etc. are just around the corner. I have been living here for 3 years and am absolutely happy. The rent corresponds to what I actually pay and is average for the area. No pets, sorry. Complete photos available upon request.
