Dear all,
As we wont be in Vienna from the 17th of December until the 25th of February, we want to rent out our beautiful, light apartment. There are two separate sleeping rooms. The apartment is about 90m². There is a big nice and light, multifunctional room (living room (with a TV), dining room, kitchen (with dishwasher)) and an entrance room. There is a great 30m² rooftop- terrace. The sleeping rooms are about 15m² and are furnished with a big bed or sofabed, a desk, a big mirror. One bathroom offers a bathtub and a toilet, the other one another toilet and a washingmachine. WIFI is included.
If you are interested you are welcome to see the place via video or come by in person.

The apartment is located in a great area, its very central, just behind the Museumsquartier in Breite Gasse. There are many restaurants, bars, museums and shops in the neighborhood.
There are good public transportation connections within 2 minutes walking distance. (U2/U3, 49, 1,2..)
No pets and no smoking and no parties in the apartment.
