The flat in 7th district, Seidengasse, around 59 sqm, in a yard, very quite.
1. 4th floor, no elevator, very good location, 10 mins by foot to Western bahnhof, 3 mins to tram 5/49. 7 mins by foot to Mariahilfer Straße.
2. Fully furnished, for the current furniture, some are from the landlord, but majority are mine. I prefer if you can take over (not include the TV), price is negotiable. You don't see it from photo, but there's wash machine in the bathroom.
3. current contract period till to 31st Oct. 2023, afterwards with the possibility to continue the contract with landlord directly, who is very nice.
4. It's old building, the the kitchen is bit old, with gas stove and gas oven. But in any case it is a very cosy flat..
The rent includes operation cost is 700, you will need a new contract for electricity and gas, which for the year 2020-2021 was around 90-100 per month in total.
