Kleine Wohnung in 1070 // small flat in 1070

Ich suche eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für meine kleine aber sehr feine Wohnung in der Westbahnstraße im 7.Bezirk. Die Möbel, die man auf den Fotos sieht, sind nicht dieselben, die beim Einzug drin sein werden. Momentan wohnt eine Bekannte in der Wohnung und ich kann erst im Herbst einziehen, weshalb ich eine*n Zwischenmieter*in suche. Gerne kann die Wohnung auch unmöbliert vermietet werden, das wäre mir sogar noch lieber.
Die Wohnung ist hell, sehr ruhig (zweiseitig in den Hof), hat ein Wohn- und Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer), eine abgetrennte Küche, ein Durchgangszimmer, das als Essbereich genutzt werden kann und ein sehr schönes Badezimmer.

I'm looking for an interim tenant for my small but very cozy apartment located in Westbahnstraße/7th district. The furniture you see on the photos is not the one, which will be in it, when you move in. At the moment a friend is living there and I can only move in in autumn. Basic equipment will be in it though (bed, table, chairs,...). It's also possible to be rented unfurnished (would be my favourite option).
The flat is very quiet and has a living room (just one room!), a separate kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and connecting room which can be used as dining room.
If you are a reliable person, who wants his/her tranquillity at home - you and my flat are a good match. I'm looking forward to your message!
