Die Wohnung befindet sich im Mezzanin (ohne Lift) und ist zu einem Innenhof ausgerichtet, das heißt es gibt überhaupt keinen Straßenlärm.
Die Miete beläuft sich ALL INCLUSIVE auf 761€ (Miete, Betriebskosten, Wien Energie & Internet).

I am planning to spend a few months abroad and for this reason I am renting out my 2-room apartment located in the beautiful 8th district of Vienna. It is available to rent from mid June to End of September 2023 (negotiable).
The apartment is ideal for singles as well as couples.
The apartment has 43m2 and consists of a spacious hallway, a living/dining room, bedroom (bed is 140x200 cm), bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
The apartment is located in the first floor (sadly without an elevator) and is facing the courtyard of the building so there is no street noise at all.
The rent is 761€ ALL INCLUSIVE (rent, utilities, electricity and heating, internet).
Meine Wohnung befindet sich mitten im 8. Bezirk, mit der Buslinie 13a und den Straßenbahnlinien 5 und 33 direkt vor der Haustüre. Straßenbahnlinie 2 und die Ubahn U6 (Josefstädterstraße bzw Alser Straße) sind fußläufig einfach zu erreichen.
Generell ist der 8. Bezirk ein schöner, zentraler und sicherer Bezirk. Du findest viele Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Post, Bank, Restaurants, Cafés und Bars direkt um die Ecke - du wirst es lieben!

My flat is centrally located in the 8th district, bus 13a and tram 5 and 33 are right around the corner, also only a short walk to tram line 2 and metro line U6 (station Josefstädter Straße).
In general, the 8th district is known to be a very central, nice and safe district with lots and lots of super markets, shops, restaurants, cafés and bars - you are going to love it!
