Meine Wohnung steht im Februar aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes leer, daher gebe ich sie für den Zeitraum zur Untermiete frei. Die Wohnung ist knappe 40qm groß und hat eine Küche, ein kleines Bad, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer. Alle Fenster schauen in einen grünen Innenhof, die Sonne scheint am Vormittag direkt hinein.
In den 750€ ist alles von Strom bis Warmwasser und Wlan inkludiert :)
Die Wohnung liegt direkt bei der Endstation vom 13A Bus (Skodagasse), außerdem sind die Straßenbahnlinien 43, 44, 5, 33 und 2 schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und bringen dich zum Schottentor (U2, Verkehrsknotenpunkt), zum Volkstheater (U3) oder zur U6 Alser Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants gibt es in der Umgebung zu genüge und falls dir das nicht reicht, landest du mit dem Bus oder der Bim auch im nu im hippen 7. Bezirk wo es *alles* gibt :))
