Obergeschoss. Betritt man die Wohnung im Eingangsbereich, gelangt man links in das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist derzeit größtenteils unmöbliert. Geradeaus befindet sich das Bad mit WC und Badewanne. Rechts liegt die geräumige Küche mit Zugang zum kleineren Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist ideal für Einzelpersonen oder Paare. Unter Umständen ist der Untermietvertrag, nach seinem Ablaufen, mit der Wohnungseigentümerin, in einen fixen Vertrag umwandelbar.

I am offering my flat for interim rent for the period from 1 May 2024 to 31 December 2024. It is a charming 2-room flat with a living space of approx. 50 m² on the 4th floor. As you enter the flat in the entrance area, you enter the light-flooded living room on the left. The flat is currently mostly unfurnished. Straight ahead is the bathroom with WC and bathtub. To the right is the spacious kitchen with access to the smaller bedroom. The flat is ideal for individuals or couples. It may be possible to convert the sublease into a fixed contract with the condominium owner after it expires.

The flat is located on Uhlplatz in Vienna's 8th district and is very quiet on both sides of the courtyard. It is located on the 4th floor without a lift, which makes it possible to stay sporty. The transport connections are excellent, as the Josephstädter-Straße underground station on the U6 line is just a 3-minute walk away and there are connections to tram lines 2, 5 and 33. A bicycle parking space is available in the courtyard. There are numerous bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, especially under the tram arches.
