In der Nähe von grünen und entspannenden Ecken der Stadt wie der Währinger Park oder Liechtensteinpark. 13 min. zu Fuß zum Donaukanal (U4 Station Friedensbrücke) und zur U6 Station Nußdorfer Straße. 6 Gehminuten zum Wien Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof, in der Nähe befinden sich auch die Straßenbahnlinien 37/38/D und die Nachtbuslinie N38.

Die Hausbewohner*innen sind ruhig und freundlich und rücksichtsvoll in Bezug auf die Ruhe während der Schlafzeiten ist sehr wichtig :)
Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber dafür hat man viel Platz im Zimmer. trotzdem ist die Küche komplett mit vielen Geräten ausgestattet.
Die Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.

Small flat in Alsergrund, for some days in February and the whole of March.
Period: from 17.04 to 30.04 maybe also longer!
The flat is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood.
Close to green and relaxing corners of the city like the Währinger Park or Liechtensteinpark. 13 min. walk to the Danube Canal (U4 station Friedensbrücke) and to the U6 station Nußdorfer Straße. 6 min. walk to Wien Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof, nearby are also the tram lines 37/38/D and the night bus line N38.
6 minutes' walk from Vienna Franz-Josefs railway station.
The residents are quiet and friendly and being considerate of the peace and quiet during sleeping hours is very important :)
The kitchen is small, but you have a lot of space in the room. nevertheless, the kitchen is fully equipped with many utensils.
There is a washing machine.
