[Zwischenmiete] Schön, Groß, Leise, Möbliert

We are a couple who will be away for the months of July and August
- we are therefore looking for people who would like to stay
in the beautiful spacious apartment which we call our home in order to
look after it and enjoy two months in Vienna.

The rental dates can still be slightly negotiated!
We would like to rent it from July 10 to August 10.

It will be given to you partially furnished!

It is quiet and peaceful with a view onto the courtyard. The street which
it faces on the other side of the apartment is quiet and receives almost
no traffic.

The rooms of the apartment are as follows:

Two Large Rooms (circa 35 meters sq' each)
Spacious Corridor
Seperate Kitchen
Seperate Bathroom with Bathtub and Shower
Seperate Toilet

The apartment is in the 9th district.

It is well situated and both the tram lines and the u-bahn are in close
proximity.
