Hi, I'm traveling and looking for someone to rent and take care of my flat.
The flat is fully furnished and has all the amenities you can wish for, including high speed 500 Mbs Wi-fi.
You would have to agree to water my plants (5 only) and one of the closets will store my clothes, there's 2 other big empty closets available for your stuff.
The building has an elevator, is well connected to public transport (2 tram stops are 2 minutes away from the door, that take you in the city centre - Karlsplatz in 25 minutes), 5 minute walk to CEU Wien.
Ideal person i'm looking for: calm person, young professional or phd student that want to have the comfort of a home.
The price is all included and max rental date is 1st of August 2024.
*I already did this 3 times, renting out for 3-4 months while traveling and it worked very well. I can show you references in private if need. Thank you for reading!
