It has a living area of approximately 42 m2 plus a terrace of about 5 m2 and is located on the 2nd top floor of a modern new building. In summer, air conditioning ensures a comfortable room temperature.
Nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich ein Billa. Die U1 ist fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. U Stephanssplatz erreicht man innerhalb von ca. 25 Minuten.
Zudem ist die Lage ideal für Jogger oder Fahrradfahrer. Der Stadtweg 7 befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Der schöne Kurpark Oberlaa ist nur eine U-Bahn-Station entfernt.

Da ich für einige Monate ins Ausland gehe biete ich meine möblierte Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Sie steht bis Anfang Mai zur Verfügung, kann aber eventuell auch für weitere Zeit gemietet werden. Bitte nur Anfragen von Nichtrauchern ohne Haustiere. Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person geeignet. Zudem würde ich darum bitten, dass eine private Haftpflichtversicherung abgeschlossen wird.
Meine Kaltmiete beträgt ab Januar 802 Euro. Zusätzlich zahle ich zur Zeit ca. 230 Euro für Nebenkosten, würde die Wohnung allerdings für 950 Euro warm anbieten (inkl Internet).
