The large and bright room is part of a 4-person apartment, currently consisting of 2 students (both musicians) and one professional. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and the adjoining apartments are also occupied by flat shares.
The apartment was completely renovated 2 years ago and is therefore very modern and bright.
There is a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment.
Flat Share Life
Life in the flat is generally rather relaxed. Attention is paid to a respectful cooperation, where everyone is given their privacy, but is also happy to talk to each other over a beer (or 2). We live next door to a park with a table tennis table, so some of us like to go, relax and play a bit there when time allows. We are a mixed ability group ;)
The apartment is about a 5-10 minute walk from Reumannplatz subway station and a 3-minute walk from tree-lined Quellenplatz where you can find bakeries and delicious food outlets, with the Arthaberplatz O-stop right in front of the door.
Within 1/2 minutes you are also directly at the Merkur and the McFit fitness studio.
The main train station can also be reached within 11 minutes by O or U1, while the 11 in the other direction allows you to breathe fresh air at the Wienerberg recreation area.
The room is handed over with a bed, slatted frame, mattress (+ mattress protector + duvet), small pallet bed + mattress and 2 shelves. There is also a table and chair in the room for studying. The transfer fee for everything is € 200, the deposit € 1250 and the monthly rent € 410 inclusive (rent + operating costs + internet + energy).
