You enter the apartment via a hallway with a cloakroom from which all of the following rooms lead centrally:

- the fully equipped kitchen with a window into the green courtyard where you can start the day comfortably with a small breakfast place in the morning sun
- the shower bathroom with washing machine
- a separate toilet
- a storage room/dining room
- an approx. 30 sqm living room and bedroom which is divided into two areas by a room divider.
In the living room there is a large couch with lots of cushions where you can really relax and a dining table with four armchairs where you have enough space to enjoy a delicious meal in the evening or have a game night with friends.
In the sleeping area you will find a 2.5 meter large box for all your clothes and of course a beautiful double bed.
