3 rooms, including a spacious kitchen-living room, a little sleep cabinet and a working/musicroom with another bed (extendible to 160cm). In addition: a spacious entrance area, bathroom, toilet and little workroom with washing machine.
Historical viennese house from 1900, flat was fully refurbished in 2021, now with luxurious facilities from kitchen to bath. Beautiful wooden floor.
Perfect for singles or couples/families. But also for a shared use (WG) - in that case you should know and like each other. :)
Whole house and flat are accessible / barriere-free with elevator.

Der Naturpark Wienerberg ist fußläufig erreichbar, im Sommer inklusive Bademöglichkeit.
Diverse öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Haustür, die nächste U-Bahn (U1 Troststraße) ist 4 Minuten Busfahrt entfernt. Schöne Radwege führen aus der Stadt raus (am Liesingbach etwa), das Zentrum öffentlich und mit Rad in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Tipp im Sommer: Eissalon Tichy am Reumannplatz.

Various public transport directly in front of the door, the closest subway (U1 Troststraße) is 4 minutes bus ride away. Beautiful bike paths lead out of the city (along the Liesingbach), the center can be reached publicly and by bike in 15-20 minutes. Tip in summer: ice cream parlor Tichy at Reumannplatz.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert und komplett ausgestattet vergeben. Ich suche daher eine/n verantwortungsvolle/n UntermieterIn, die/den ich gerne kennen lernen möchte. Am besten in Person, online im Zweifel auch möglich.
