Location
The apartment is located on the top floor and the building does not have an elevator, so be prepared to walk up stairs. The apartment is 48m2 big and has one kitchen, a fairly big living room, a bedroom with an on suit bathroom.
I am renting it furnished, (including kitchen equipment) and the contract is limited for 3 years.
Gas and electricity are not covered by the rent and will have to be paid extra.
It’s located in ‘Währing’ bei ‘Aumannplatz’ and only a 12 minute tram Ride into the city center to ‘Schottentor’. The tram station 40 and 41 are located 2 minutes away from the apartment and both of the trams take you into the city. Close by, at ‘Gersthof’ (5 min walk up the street) you find a train station, the S45 and the bus 10a. Also the trams 42 and 9 are only a 5 minute walk away.
Two beautiful parks are located very close by, the ‘Türkeinschanzpark’ and the ‘Pötzleinsdorferpark’. There are a couple of grocery shopping facilities near by.
Also a great Café, the ‘Cafe Aumann’ is basically next to the apartment and there are also other great cafes such as ‘Hollerkoch’ and ‘Himmelblau’ near by. A famous street market, the ‘Kutschkermarkt’ is also just a 10 minutes walk away.
