We sublet our nice and shiny flat for the months of July and August. It is available from the 11th of July and till the end of August.
The flat is located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator in the building which is the only downside of our flat !
The toilet/bathroom is at the entrance and separated by a door from the living room. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with lots of compartments, an oven, and a dishwasher. there is a sofa in the living room which can turn into a bed. The bedroom is spacious with huge wardrobes, a double bed (200x180), and a working desk.
The flat is located in the 12th District of Vienna but not deep into the 12th. It is 10 minute walk from both U4/Margaretengürtel station and U6/Längenfeldgasse station.
1 min walk from Bus 59 at wolfganggasse which goes to Karlsplatz and Meidling Bahnhof. easy access for city center.
3 minutes walk from Marx Meidlinger Straße straßenbahn which has both Badner Bahn and line 62 ( Directions Karlsplatz and Lainz, Wolkersbergenstraße). you can also easily get to Meidling Bahnhof through these lines which means easy access to Airport as well! even if you have a lot of luggage.
All in All the apartment is very well connected!
regarding public transport :
The flat is located 10 minute's walk from both Längenfeldgasse/U6 and Margaretengürtel/U4
in 1 min walk : Bus Line 59 directions Meidling and Karlsplatz
in 3 min walk: Tram/straßenbahn lines 62(Max Meidlinger) and 6/18 (Arbaitegasse) and Badner Bahn
It is easy to get to Meidling Bahnhof both with Lines 62 and Bus 59 which means easy access to the Airport
There are several nice parks in the neighborhood within a 2 to 10 min walking distance.
Regarding stores :
Drugstore in 2 min walk.
Spar ---> 1 min walk.
Billa / Bipa / Hofer / Penny / Merkur ---> 3-7 min walk
a nice bakery which is open every day including national holidays and Sundays from 8:00 to 22:00 ---> 10min walk
