This flat is particularly suitable for Erasmus students (especially couples) and offers a fully equipped kitchen, large windows, an elevator, a dishwasher and a balcony with a barbecue. Furthermore, the south-east facing balcony is perfect for gardening and relaxed get-togethers. The building also offers amenities such as a laundry room, a pool, a sauna and a bicycle parking space.
The flat is being cleared out except for the basic furnishings and kitchen equipment!
