Die Wohnung wurde vor ca 5 Jahren komplett saniert und ist in einem guten Zustand. Es gibt eine Küche inkl. aller Geräte, 2 getrennt begehbare Zimmer und eine Loggia in den ruhigen Innenhof. Es gibt ca 8 Parteien im Haus, also auch wenige Nachbarn. Ich bin private Vermieterin und somit auch Ansprechpartnerin.
Die Wohnung liegt ca 5-10 Gehminuten von der U4 Station Unter St.Veit und etwa 3-5 Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnlinie 58. Es gibt diverse Lebensmittelgeschäfte in Gehnähe, OBI, Leiner, McDonalds, Media Markt etc ebenfalls sehr nah, auch Hietzing und das Ekazent sind öffentlich in ca 10 Minuten erreichbar
