Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen, die zwei getrennt begehbaren Schlafzimmer sowie das Bad und WC befinden sich im unteren, die Wohnküche mit separatem uneinsehbarem Balkon im oberen Bereich. Direkt über der Wohnküche befindet sich die wunderbare private Dachterrasse, welche über einen zweiten kleinen Balkon erreichbar ist.

We are going on a world trip!
In the meantime (September until about the end of March) we rent our wonderful two-storey fully furnished apartment on the top floor. A highlight is our roof terrace with a fabulous panoramic view over the rooftops of Vienna. The apartment stretches over two levels, the two separate bedrooms as well as the bathroom and toilet are located on the lower level, the kitchen-living room with separate balcony is located on the upper level. Directly above the kitchen is the wonderful private roof terrace, which is accessible via a second small balcony.
14. Bezirk, die U-Bahn ist in ca. 3 Minuten (U3 Kendlerstraße) sowie die S-Bahn in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (Breitensee). In 3-5 Minuten können diverse Straßenbahnlinien erreicht werden.
