The apartment has 49 m2, in the first floor, with two French balconies in the living room, has two separate rooms, i.e. a big living room (ca. 20 m2) and a nice bedroom (ca. 16 m2). The kitchen is separate.
The bathroom has a bath tub and inhabits all one needs, the toilet is separate.
The apartment is located in the Hütteldorfstraße 20, directly opposite of the so-called ‘Paradise grounds’ (this is a huge forested area where you can immediately start hiking trips etc…).
It is fully furnished, with dish washer, cutlery, water boiler, vacuum cleaner, etc.
The apartment is north-east oriented, so it remains rather cool in summer.
The charming furniture gives the apartment a wonderful atmosphere, and the green views are nice.
The total rent is 750€, with costs for electricity and gas being included.
We rent the apartment from the 1st of July onwards until maximum 1st of November, but shorter stays are also possible.

The tram 49 is 5 minutes by foot, the busses 52A, 52B and 43A are just opposite, and the train station Hütteldorf (with numerous trams and trains) is ca. 10 minutes by foot.
