Die Wohnung befindet sich nähe der U-Station Ober.st Veit.
Haustiere sind erlaubt. Liebe Nachbarn :)
Ich suche einen Nachmieter der ab Mai gerne einziehen möchte.
Gerne würde ich auch die Mehrheit meiner Möbel abgeben für eine Ablöse nach Absprache.
Sollten jemanden die Wandfarben gefallen würde ich auch diese gerne so übergeben - sie sind erst vor kurzem gestrichen worden😊 aber natürlich kein Muss.
Die Miete beträgt momentan 668€ +100€ Fernwärme +30€ Strom = 798€ inkl allem/ Monat :)
Kaution waren bei mir noch 2000€
