Es ist alles da, was du brauchst von Schreibtisch, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Bett, TV bis hin zu schnellem Internet. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ihr mit dem Mobiliar sorgsam umgeht.
Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, da die U-Bahn Station Schweglerstraße direkt vor der Haustür ist sowie die lebendige Märzstraße mit ihren vielen Bars, Cafés und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch internationale Supermärkte). Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie in einer Seitenstraße gelegen ist.

The apartment is a very nicely renovated Viennese style building (70m2) with two large rooms, a spacious hallway, bathroom, open kitchen-living room, separate toilet and storage space. It is also fully furnished. There is everything you need: desk, closet, sofa, bed, TV and fast internet. I would be happy if you would handle the furniture with care.
The apartment is ideally located, as the subway station Schweglerstraße is right in front of the front door as well as the lively Märzstraße with its many bars, cafés and various shopping facilities (including international supermarkets). Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet, since it is located in a side street.
