Die Größe der Wohnung beträgt 66 m2 und der Balkon ca. 7m2.

We will spend half a year abroad and therefore our nice cosy flat in the 15th district is available for interim rent from the beginning of February until the end of July.
The flat has a spacious entrance area, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a separate toilet, a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a storage room and a balcony. It is a bright renovated old building flat on the 1st floor with spacious windows and parquet flooring.
The size of the flat is 66 m2 and the balcony approx. 7m2.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Westbahnhof. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist sehr gut. Die U-Bahnlinien U3 (Schweglerstraße, Westbahnhof), U6 (Gumpendorferstraße, Westbahnhof) und U4 (Längenfeldgasse) sowie Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen (12A, 60, 52) sind in Gehweite erreichbar.

The flat is close to the Westbahnhof. The public transport connection is very good. The metro lines U3 (Schweglerstraße, Westbahnhof), U6 (Gumpendorferstraße, Westbahnhof) and U4 (Längenfeldgasse) as well as bus and tram stops (12A, 60, 52) are within walking distance.
Am Balkon lassen sich gemütliche Wochenenden oder Abendstunden verbringen und auch Kräuter oder Gemüse ernten.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und möbliert. Der Preis beträgt 1200 € pro Monat und umfasst alle Kosten (d.h. Miete, Betriebskosten, Strom, Internet).
