Helle Wohnung mit guter Raumaufteilung: kleiner Flur mit Platz für einen Schuhschrank, eine Küche (inkl Kühlschrank, Ofen) mit viel Stauraum, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, großes Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mit französischem Balkon und zusätzlichen Fenstern und einer kleinen Abstellkammer bzw. Garderobe. Außerdem inbegriffen sind Fahrradabstellraum und Kellerabteil sowie Zugang zum Innenhof. Ein Aufzug ist auch vorhanden.
Blick auf begrünten Innenhof, ruhig gelegen und hell (Süd/West) mit Vogelgesang. Sehr gute Anbindung an die Straßenbahn Linien 2 und 44, Bus 10A sowie die U3 - mit Öffis dauert es ca. 25min in die Innenstadt. Am Yppenplatz mit seinen zahlreichen Bars und Restaurants ist man 10min und auch das Naherholungsgebiet Wilhelminenberg und der Wienerwald sind super erreichbar. Supermärkte sind ebenso in Laufnähe (Hofer, Lidl, Bioladen, Billa...) Spar ist direkt vor der Tür, sehr praktisch.
Da ich zwischen 10 - 24 August unterwegs bin, vermiete ich meine Wohnung für diese zwei Wochen. Ideal falls du nur zu Besuch in Wien bist, oder neu in der Stadt bist und kurzfristig einen Ort brauchst, von dem aus du nach einer längerfristigen Wohnung suchen kannst. Die Wohnung ist möbliert (siehe Fotos) inklusive Pflanzen und Bücher. Schränke, Kommode, etc. würde ich natürlich frei räumen, dass du genug Platz für deine Sachen hast.
Schreib mir einfach ein paar Zeilen zu dir und dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen!

As I'm going away for two weeks from 10 - 24 of August, I'll be renting out my bright and furnished flat in Vienna's 16th district for this period.
The flat consists of a small hallway, a kitchen (incl. refrigerator and oven) with plenty of storage space, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, large living room and bedroom with French balcony and a small storage room or wardrobe. The living room and french balcony are facing a green and quiet inner courtyard (south/west). Also included are a bicycle storage and cellar compartment and access to the courtyard. An elevator is also available.
The flat is very well connected to Vienna's public transport system - tram line 2 and 44, bus 10A and the U3 are all in close proximity and it takes around 25min to the city center. Yppenplatz, with its numerous bars and restaurants, is 10 minutes away and the recreational area Wilhelminenberg and the Vienna Woods are also close by. There is a Spar supermarket in the house and Hofer, Lidl, Bioladen, Billa, etc. are also within walking distance.
