Die Wohnung hat 40qm und besteht aus einem großzügigen Flur mit Essbereich, Wohn/Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, vollausgestatteter Küche (mit Geschirrspüler!) und einem großzügigen Balkon zum Innenhof ausgerichtet (ca. 8qm). Auf dem Balkon gibt es einen Tisch mit Stühlen und eine Sonnenliege.
Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, es ist also sehr leise. Durch die ost- und westseitige Ausrichtung ist sie außerdem sehr hell.
Das Wohn/Schlafzimmer ist mit einer Schlafcouch ausgestattet, die tagsüber als Couch, und in der Nacht ausgezogen als Bett fungiert.
Es gibt ein Klavier in der Wohnung, das selbstverständlich genutzt werden kann. Darüber hinaus ist alles da, was man so braucht - sämtliche Küchengeräte, Fernseher mit Amazon Fire TV Stick, Schreibtisch, Kasten, usw.

The apartment has 40sqm and consists of a spacious hallway with dining area, living/bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!) and a spacious balcony facingthe courtyard (about 8sqm).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is located in a quiet side street. It is also very bright due to the east and west facing orientation.
The living/bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed, which acts as a couch during the day, and as a bed at night when it is pulled out.
There is a piano in the apartment, which can of course be used. In addition, everything you need is there - all kitchen appliances, TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick, desk, closets, etc.
Rent: EUR 410 ALL INCLUSIVE for the mentioned period (28.2. – 17.3.).
3 Minuten Fußweg zur Straßenbahn 44, mit der man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum (Schottentor) ist.
7 Minunten Fußweg zur U3 Ottakring, mit der man sehr schnell beim Westbahnhof, auf der Mariahilfer Straße oder im 1. Bezirk ist.
Viele Supermärkte in maximal 5 Minuten Gehweite zu erreichen.
Weiters sind die Straßenbahn 2 und der Bus 10A in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
