I am renting out my beautiful 2-room apartment next to Brunnenmarkt & Yppenplatz.
The place will be freshly painted and is in very good condition.
It comes with a large and dry storage room in the basement.
If required, it comes with a garage (€150 per month).

It is partly furnished, wasching machine, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen equipment etc is all included.
Really nice wooden floor and insulated windows as well as a safe are there.
The couch is extendable to a double bed, in case you have guests and there is a walk-in closet.
The apartment is very quite and very sunny.
