Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 großen getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, eine kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer mit WC. Die Wohnung ist ideal für WGs und Paare.
Im ersten Zimmer wurde 2016 eine Galerie eingebaut, die als Bett/Chillzone genutzt werden kann. Man kann oben schlafen und sich im Netz entspannen.
Im zweiten Zimmer wurde ein Hochbett gebaut, das viel Stauraum bittet.
Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche/Badewanne ausgestattet und sehr geräumig.
Die Küche ist sehr klein aber enthält alles was man braucht ;) und wurde gerade renoviert.
Die Wohnung wird vollmöbliert (alles was man in den Bilder sieht, inkl. Waschmaschine) vermietet. Die Küche is auch sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock - Aufzug vorhanden und hat einen Kellerabteil.
Die Zimmer sind gerne auch separat zu vermieten

The apartment is composed by 2 big rooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom.
In the first room we built in 2016 a gallery where you can sleep and chill on the net (see pictures for clarification ;)
In the second room we built a bed that allows you to store a lot of stuff under it.
The bathroom is very big and has a shower/bathtub and a toilet.
The kitchen is small but has everything you need to cook and was just renovated!
The apartment is rented almost fully furnished.
The apartment is on the second floor - there is an elevator and cellar box.
Rooms can be rented separately as well
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Anfang von der Brunnengasse (der Teil ohne Markt und daher sehr ruhig). Ist 4 Minuten entfernt von der U6 Station Burggasse/Stadthalle und 2 Minuten vom Einkaufzentrum Lugnercity, wo man bis 21 Uhr am Abend einkaufen kann.

The apartment is at the beginning of the Brunnengasse (the part without the market and therefore very quiet). It is 4 minutes away from the U6 Station Burggasse/Stadthalle and 2 from the Shopping centre Lugnercity, where you can shop until 21:00.
