Apartment
I’m looking for someone to rent my apartment (taking over my contract) starting in August. It’s a 49m2, 2-room neubau, located in Zwinstrasse 1, 16th district.

- In spring/summer/autumn, there is sun on the balcony from 7-10am and again from 6-8pm. Because of that, it doesn’t get super hot in these sunny days;
- Underfloor heating;
- Nice and dry cellar;
- The building has bike rooms and washing/drying machine (1 euro to wash)
- It’s super close to U3 Kendlerstrasse and Fitinn (2min walk)
- Also close to S-Bahn Ottakring (10min walk)
- Pets allowed as far as I know (I don’t have one, but there are some in the building)
- Most of the furniture in the pictures can be bought if the person is interested
I was the first person to move here (in December 2020), so everything is quite new.
Right now, I’m paying 699 euros without bills. With all the bills, it’s around 800 (heating, electricity, etc). Unfortunately, there is provision and kaution. The person would contact the broker and deal directly with them with a new contract and everything. I’m just here to speed up the process.
