Bettwäsche; Küche mit Spüle, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Küchenutensilien, Geschirr; Ess-/Schreibtisch, Schlafcouch, Stauraum, Bad mit Dusche, WC, , Waschmaschine. Für Strom, Heizung und Internet ist auch gesorgt. Prinzipiell können in der Wohnung 1-2 Personen gut leben, ohne sich auf die Zehen zu steigen.
Die Wohnung unterteilt sich in eine Vorraum, ein kleines Bad mit WC, eine geräumige Wohnküche und ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer. Sie ist sehr hell und hat relativ neue Fenster - dadurch bleibt der Straßenlärm draußen.

Im Zentrum ist man innerhalb 15 Minuten öffentlich, die Stadtgrenze mit dem Wienerwald und viel grün erreicht man öfffentlich innerhalb 30 Minuten. Auch an die Radinfrastrktur ist man mit Gürtelradweg und Hasnerstraße perfekt angebunden.
