Wenn man einen Hund hat, bietet der Garten auch tolle Möglichkeit zum Gassi gehen, außerdem gibt es im Schwarzenbergpark in der Nähe einen riesigen Auslaufplatz für Hunde.

This lovely apartment is available for interim renting. Starting on 30.04 and ending on 31.7. the earliest, but I can stay abroad over the summer break as well if you would like to move out a little later. So the moving out is flexible until 30.9.2023.
The apartment is tastefully furnished, sunny, with a beautiful view, surrounded by nature with endless opportunities for walks, and there is a spacious shared garden, where you can sit around, read undisturbed, or throw a barbecue party.
If you have a dog, the garden is also a great place to go for a quick walk, and there's a vast free run area for dogs in Schwarzenbergpark nearby.
You would pay gas and electricity sperately, which means you only pay for what you actually used. Monthly.
