Hallo :),
ich bin für einige Wochen im Ausland und vermiete in der Zwischenzeit meine Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig im oberen Stockwerk gelegen. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, Esstisch und Klavier und ein Schlafzimmer. Es gibt eine kleine Küche und einen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, hat überwiegend Parkett und ist mit vielen Pflanzen eingerichtet.
Die Monatsmiete beträgt warm im Februar ca. 750€. Für den gesamten Zeitraum würde ich 900€ nehmen.
Ich freue mich über eine kurze Nachricht von Dir und kann auch gerne noch Bilder von der Wohnung schicken.
