Zwischenmiete in eigener Wohnung im tollen Wien?
Meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im schönen, grünen 18. Bezirk ist für 5 Monate frei, da ich ins Ausland gehe. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für Singles und Paare. Sie ist nicht WG-geeignet, weil es nur ein Schlafzimmer gibt.
Die Wohnung ist wunderbar hell, voll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, separater Küche mit Spülmaschine (!!) und Waschmaschine, sowie einem Eingang von dem aus man ins kleine Badezimmer mit Badewanne und die separate Toilette gelangt. Außerdem habe ich viele Pflanzen, die du bitte ab und zu gießen müsstest 🙏

Interim rent in your own apartment in amazing Vienna?
My 2-room apartment in the beautiful, green 18th district is available for 5 months as I am going abroad. The apartment is perfect for singles and couples. It is not suitable for shared accommodation as there is only one bedroom.
The apartment is wonderfully bright, fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The apartment has a bedroom, living room with dining area, separate kitchen with dishwasher (!!) and washing machine, as well as an entrance from which you can reach the small bathroom with bathtub and the separate toilet. I also have many plants that you would have to water from time to time 🙏
Die Lage ist perfekt: nur einen Block vom Türkenschanzpark entfernt und damit direkt im Grünen, aber auch gleich am Aumannplatz, von wo aus man schnell überall hinkommt. Hier sind auch viele Lokale und Geschäfte. Der nächste Supermarkt (Spar oder Penny) ist 7 mins zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegen mit Gemeinschaftsgarten, der zum Entspannen in der Sonne einlädt. Generell wohnen in dem Haus sehr nette Nachbarn. Viele Paare oder alleinstehende Personen. Keine WGs, weswegen das Wohnen hier sehr ruhig und entspannt ist.
Die 40/41 Bim (hochdeutsch: Tram haha) sind 3 mins entfernt zu Fuß, die U6 15 mins zu Fuß oder 5 mins mit der Bim. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man im Nu überall :)
Zur BOKU sind es nur 9 mins zu Fuß, die Hauptuni ist 20 mins mit den Öffis oder 10 mins mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.

The location is perfect: just one block away from Türkenschanzpark and therefore right in the countryside, but also right on Aumannplatz, from where you can get everywhere quickly. There are also many restaurants and stores here. The nearest supermarket (Spar or Penny) is a 7-minute walk away.
The apartment is very quietly located in the rear building with a communal garden, which invites you to relax in the sun. Generally very nice neighbors live in the house. Many couples or single people. No shared flats, which is why living here is very quiet and relaxed.
The 40/41 Bim (Austrian for streetcar haha) is 3 minutes away on foot, the U6 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by streetcar. You can be everywhere in no time by bike :)
The BOKU is only 9 mins away on foot, the main university is 20 mins away by public transport or 10 mins by bike.

P.S. Auf den Fotos siehst du vielleicht meinen Hund. Der kommt natürlich mit mir mit und wird nicht vor Ort sein. Aber falls du Allergien hast, solltest du womöglich wissen, dass hier für gewöhnlich ein Hund wohnt.
