Hallo liebe Leute! Ich würde gerne meine voll möblierte Wohnung ab ziemlich sofort bis Ende September zwischenvermieten (bin aber auch flexibel, was das Auszugsdatum betrifft).
Die Wohnung liegt verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden (S-Bahn 45, Straßenbahnen 9, 40, 41, Bus 10A) in einer ruhigen, grünen Gegend im 18. Bezirk. Sie ist ca. 45qm groß und sehr hell. Schlafz-, Wohnzimmer und Küche sind getrennt voneinander, die Aufteilung ist insgesamt sehr fein für die Größe, finde ich. Im Haus gibt es eine Waschküche und einen absperrbaren Fahrradkeller.
