Hello everybody!
My flat is located on the hills of Vienna, in a super quiet and bright space, basically in the forest, overlooking Vienna.
It has one major living room with a kitchen, a 10 m2 balcony plus a separate bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The couch can be expanded to a double bed.
It is a very warm and cosy flat, last winter I didn't even need to turn on the heating. I bought everything new and the easel and paint on the Fotos will disappear before I leave.
Unlimited WIFI included.
Facing south it has a lot of sunshine all day long from sunrise until evening. It is surrounded by forrest and there are countless opportunities to hike in the Wienerwald. Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark is right across, Türkenschanzpark and the Boku University are also nearby.
It takes a 10 minute walk downhill to get to the 41 Bim, which takes you downtown (Schottentor) in 20 minutes and 10 minutes to U6 Währingerstraße. There are parking spots on the street. The next Spar and Billa are around 1 kilometer down the road.

I am an artist who found himself this wonderful cosy home after years of travelling. As I wish to revisit some friends overseas, I am opening up this space for somebody who appreciates living in nature but still wants to be able to jump into the city. It is a place with a nice balance of these two worlds.
I recommend this flat for people who really like nature or want to live closer to nature and be able to escape the hustle and bustle from Vienna while having it still in reach.
