Ich vermiete meine 2-Zimmer 40m2 Wohnung von Anfang Jänner bis Mitte oder Ende Juli weil ich auf Erasmus bin.
Es sind zwei kleine, möblierte Zimmer, inkl. Waschmaschine, Mikro, WLAN, kleine Kochnische und mein WC ist am Gang (benutze aber nur ich).
Die Miete sind warm 340€ (ja ich weiß, Jackpot) :-)
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und ich werde viele meiner Alltagssachen (Putzzeug, Geschirrtücher, bissi Geschirr- kannst du alles gerne verwenden) in der Wohnung lassen.
Ich suche jemanden, dem ich mit gutem Gefühl meine Wohnung überlassen kann und der/die sich gut drum kümmert :-)

I am renting out my apartment from beginning of January (ideally start end of the next week) until the end of July because I will be on erasmus.
Its a two room 40m2 apartment, incl. washingmachine, microwave, WLAN, small kitchenette- and my bathroom (closet) is in the hallway, although I am the only one using it.
Rent is 340€ incl. Gas and electricity (Jackpot, I know) :-)
The apartment is furnished and I will leave a lot of my everyday items (cleaning equipment, plates, pots- you can also use it).
I am looking for someone responsible in whos good hands I can leave my apartment in.
In 5 Minuten Gehdistanz zu erreichen ist die S-Bahn Traisengasse (1 Station zum Praterstern),
am Handelskai ist man in 5 Minuten mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuß, auf der Donauinsel auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Ein Merkur ist gleich um die Ecke und ein Park vor dem Haus.

Handelskai and shopping center Millennium city in walking distance, Bus and Tram in walking distance.
Donauinsel as a recreational area is also in Walking distance.
Supermarket is around the corner.
Die Kaution sind 300 Euro.
Bitte schreib mir ein bisschen was über dich zum Vorstellen, da die Miete so niedrig ist, werden wrsl. einige schreiben und sonst kann ich mir kein Bild machen
Da ich schon nächste Woche fahre werden die Besichtigungen relativ bald stattfinden (evtl. dieses Wochenende), wenn du nicht gleich einziehen kannst finden wir auch eine Lösung :-)

Bec I will only be in Vienna until end of next week I will probably have to schedule the apartment viewings this weekend,
it is also ok though if you can't move in right away (end of next week), in that case we will find a solution together
