Hi, since I'm travelling abroad I'm looking for a reliable person or couple to rent out my beautiful flat for two months (01.08.23 - 30.09.23, with the option to stay one week more).
The rent covers everything from water & electricity, wifi, TV, all appliances and you can even take my bike for the duration of your stay.
The apartment is located in a calm neighbourhood with many parks nearby and the VetMed university around the corner. The Old Danube just 5 minutes away by bike which is perfect for swimming and relaxing in summer.
Public transport is a 10 minutes walk to the tram lines 25 and 26. The subway station U1 Kagran can be reached in 7 minutes by bike, the U6 Floridsdorf in 10 minutes by bike.
Many shops (BILLA, Hofer, Penny, BIPA, dm, bakery "Der Mann") are all less than a 5 minutes walk away.
The location is ideal for someone who wants to enjoy nature in summer and at the same time likes to be connected to the heart of the city - if you cycle to U1 Kagran, it's just 25 minutes from my apartment to Stephansplatz.
Some more facts:
If you are a sun lover: the apartment is directed towards the South, which means sunbathing from 10.30am to around 6pm each day ;) due to a really good insulation of the house, it still doesn't get very warm inside.
If you are a plant lover: I have some plants inside and outside on the balcony. It would be great if you could water them during your stay. If not, my friends will get the plants, don't worry :)
If you are a coffee lover: I have a really nice coffee machine and a separate automated coffee grinder. Your mornings are saved ;)
