Looking for a subletter for the month of July in our beautiful renovated altbau WG in the 2nd district. You would be with 2 friendly and fun flatmates and 2 cuddly cats, for whom you would not be responsible. You would be able to use both a spacious bedroom (25 m2) and a secondary room with desk space for a home office, as well as a comfortable sofa. The apartment is 140 m2 total and has two toilets and two showers, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. It has an Innenhof balcony (15 m2) and a large Wohnküche.
The apartment is about 5 minutes from the U2 Schottenring station, and a short walk to Augarten and the Kanal.
We love living in this part of Vienna and know that you would find it convenient for getting around the city and enjoying summer along the Kanal or in beautiful Augarten. Not too far from Prater either.
