Bildhübsche, voll möblierte Altbauwohnung im Herzen des Alsergrunds sucht Zwischenmieter!
Da ich von 1. Februar bis 30. September 2015 auf Weltreise sein werde, suche ich für diesen Zeitraum einen (oder zwei) Zwischenmieter. Die Altbauwohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind über das riesige Wohnzimmer getrennt begehbar. Das Beste: ein eigener Balkon mit Blick auf die Hundertwasserkuppel!
Die Küche ist frisch renoviert und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten (inkl. Geschirrspüler). Auch das kleine Bad mit Waschmaschine und die separat begehbare Toilette sind neu gemacht. Strom, Gas und drahtloses Internet sind in der Miete inbegriffen.

Beautiful apartment for short term rent only!
I will be travelling the world from February 1st until September 30th 2015. Now I am looking for a trustworthy, friendly interim tenant. The apartment is very bright and spacious (70 m²). There is a gorgeous living room, and two beautiful bedrooms (both separately accessible via living area). Special feature: the balcony!
There is a brand new, fully equipped kitchen (with dish washer!), a newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine, and an extra toilet. You will have internet access (WIFI). The rent is all inclusive.
Perfekte Lage. Die Ubahnstationen "Nußdorfer Straße" (U6) und "Spittelau" sind in weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Umgebung finden sich Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs.

Perfect location! Subway stations "Nußdorfer Straße" (U6) and "Spittelau" are in 5 mins walking distance. The ninth district "Alsergrund" is steeped with history. Many cafes, bars, and restaurants in the area. Grocery shops in walking distance. Check out my "city guide"!
