Es enthält ein Badezimmer mit einer großen Dusche, eine separate Toilette, die Küche mit Gasofen und -herd, einen Frühstückstisch und einen ausziehbaren Esstisch für gemütliche Mahlzeiten. Sollte die Arbeit rufen oder ein kurzer Emailcheck anstehen könnt ihr euch an den Schreibtisch setzen und die High speed Internetanbindung nutzen.

You are going to live in a renovated appartment, that I myself have lived in for a few years. It contains a bathroom with a big shower, a separate toilet, a kitchen with a gas stove, a breakfast table and an extendable dining room table for cozy living. Should work call to you or if you simply want to check your emails, a desk and high speed internet connection will make your life easier.

Von meiner Wohnung dauert es nie sehr lange um zu den verschiedensten Orten in Wien zu kommen, die citybike-Station und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür!
Supermarkt, türkische Bäckerei (6-22 Uhr) und ein Café befinden sich in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Der Weg zum Schottentor mit ÖPNV ist an schlechten Tagen in 10 Minuten zu bewältigen.
Ten minutes from Schottentor at most, you will be connected to tram and city bike stations directly in front of the door, as well as bus and U6 a little ways away by foot. Super market, bakery with long opening hours and café are all super close.
Für zwei Personen bitte ich um 20€ pro Monat zusätzlich, damit ich die höhere Abnutzung abdecken kann. Idealerweise arbeitet ihr befristet in Wien oder habt hier anderweitig für kurze Zeit zu tun. Situationsbedingt kann die Möglichkeit auf monateweise Verlängerung entstehen.
Ich bitte euch darum, mit meinem Zuhause umsichtig umzugehen!
Nach mehreren Versuchen meinerseits bin ich zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass Feiern von meinen Nachbarn mit Polizeieinsatz gewürdigt wird und bitte euch, es mir nicht nachzumachen.
For two people I ask for 20€ per month more, to Cover the greater usage.
Please treat my home with respect :) also after some experimentation, I have come to the conclusion that partying is met with police being called by my neighbours. Therefore I ask you not to try it yourself.
