Gute ruhige Wohnlage mit ca. 60m² Wohnfläche an der Kleine Annenstr. in der alte Neustadt mit öffentlicher (kostenloser) Parkmöglichkeit direkt nebenan.
Ich vermiete meine voll moblierte Wohnung mit 3 Zimmer, Bad und Küche, während wir selbst im Ausland sind. Die Wohnung ist angenehm hell, da es in jedem Zimmer großere Fenster gibt, die tagsüber Helligkeit erlaubt.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit großem gemütlichem Sofa und Fernsehen, WIFI/WLAN ausgestaltet.
Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Esstisch und Stühlen, Töpfe, Geschirr, Toaster, Mixer, usw. - alles ist da :).
Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem großen Schrank und Kommode, sowie 2 Nachtische.
Im Badezimmer steht die Waschmaschine sowie weitere Schränke, die ihr gern nutzen könnt.

The apartment:
Good, quiet residential area with approx. 60m² of living space on Kleine Annenstr. in the Alte Neustadt with public (free) parking right next to the door.
I rent my fully furnished apartment with 3 rooms, bathroom and kitchen while we are abroad ourselves. The apartment is pleasantly bright, as there are larger windows in each room that allow brightness during the day.
The living room is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa and television, WIFI / WLAN.
Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, dining table and chairs, pots, dishes, toaster, mixer, etc. - everything is there :).
Bedroom with double bed, a large closet and dresser, as well as2 nightstands.
In the bathroom is the washing machine and other cupboards that you are welcome to use.

Standtort /Lage:
In weniger als 10 Min zu Fuß erreicht man schon die Innenstadt, in der der Bremer-Weihnachtmarkt jährlich stattfindet. In max. 5 Min. hat man ein REWE, ALDI sowie 3 verschiedene Haltestelle für die Buslinien 24, 26, 27, 120 usw. und die Straßenbahne 1, 4, 6, 8.
Direkt unten gibt es eine Pizzeria, die auch im Dezember einen kleinen Weihnachtmarkt anbietet. Da kann man leckeren Glühwein sowie andere Getränke am Feuer trinken.

In less than 10 minutes you can walk to the city center, where the Bremen Christmas market takes place every year. In a maximum of 5 minutes you have a REWE, ALDI and 3 different bus stops for bus lines 24, 26, 27, 120 etc. and trams 1, 4, 6, 8.
There is a pizzeria right below, which also has a small Christmas market in December. You can drink delicious “Glühwein” and other drinks at the fire.
