Weil ich ab Juli 2015 für etwa ein Jahr im Ausland sein werde, vermiete ich in dieser Zeit (bei Interesse evtl auch kürzer) meine Altbauwohnung.
Sie hat zwei schöne, geräumige, helle Zimmer mit Parkettboden, die mit einer Flügeltür verbunden sind.
Das Bad ist klein, aber ganz neu, Waschmaschine, Küche mit Geräten, etc. sind vorhanden, außerdem bleiben auch teilweise und nach Absprache meine Möbel drin, es ist aber noch viel Platz für eigene Sachen.
Die Miete beträgt alles inklusive (BK, Strom, Gas, Internet..) 700 Euro.

Sie liegt in der Jägerstraße, sehr nahe dem Wallensteinplatz, und ist öffentlich (5, 33, U6, U4) super angebunden, außerdem ist der Augarten gleich um die Ecke und der Donaukanal ist auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
